Ok these are so cool. This site: Javi Sports has lots of them, different ones for different sports team, american flag, etc. Right now if you have a blog, or some means of posting a link to a website (note: I'm not sure if you can link on someone elses website?), you can get their USA covers for free. They detail the steps on their site here when you scroll down from the main page, but I've copied it so that you can see it!
